- In a large skillet cook ground beef with sesame oil over medium high heat for 5 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger and 1 cup Flanagan Farm Kimchi Style Kraut, soy sauce and sriracha, bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce coats the meat, remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. (if making into a Bowl)
- Build ingredients in a bowl being sure to top with Flanagan Farm Kimchi Style Kraut and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
(if making into Burritos)
- Build burritos
- Start with a warmed tortilla (can warm in dry pan or 10 seconds in microwave)
- Then place ½ cup rice in middle of tortilla
- Top rice with ¼ cup Flanagan Farm Kimchi Style Kraut
- Add ¼ ground beef mixture
- Add ¼ sliced avocado, sprinkle with cilantro, green onion, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime
- Fold one side of tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and ends and roll forward
- Repeat with remaining ingredients
